Tender invitation calls for affordable housing projects in three Dagon Myothit townships

For affordable housing projects in Dagon Myothit (South) Township, Dagon Myothit (Seikkan) Township and Dagon Myothit (East) Township of Yangon Region, tender invitation has been called, according to the Tender Acceptance and Evaluation Committee under Yangon City Development Committee.

It is the invitation for local companies for the implementation of the public-private partnership. The project includes 36 six-storey buildings (four units per floor) and 20 shop houses in Dagon Myothit (South), 10 six-storey buildings (four units per floor) in Dagon Myothit (Seikkan) and 45 six-storey buildings (four units per floor) and a 2.73-acre-wide commercial area in Dagon Myothit (East).

Tender application form will be sold as of 4 to 18 December and the submission will be accepted at YCDC Engineering Department in Yangon Region’s Kyauktada Township. Deadline for application and insurance payment is 31 December and the opening date of the bidding will be announced in advance.
