In Dala Township, the Union Minster and party inspected a football ground with a 400-meter synthetic runway and a 120 feet by 90 feet sports hall. He said modern sports facilities are essential for producing talented athletes who can bring honor to the state and the country. The new indoor stadium measures 200 feet by 130 feet and can seat more than 2,000 spectators.
The new facility is expected to strengthen sports activities and promote youth development in Kayin State. A volleyball match and sports demonstrations were also held to mark the opening. Officials later inspected the stadium, swimming pool, and youth center, and met with staff to discuss ongoing development and cooperation.
