The Urban Environmental Conservation and Cleansing Department under the Yangon City Development Committee called for bids to sell unusable operational items as seen.
Tender Lot (1) includes 1,889 units of 660-litre old dustbin (body), 4,224 units of 660-litre old dustbin (wheel), 1,700 units of 660-litre old dustbin (lid), 257 units of 240-litre old dustbin (body), 232 units of 240-litre old dustbin (wheel) and 130 units of 240-litre old dustbin (lid), while 1,772 units of old tyres (various sizes) in Lot 2, 1,269 units of old batteries (various sizes) in Lot (3), and 1,094 units with approximately 12 tonnes of broken hand-pushed three-wheeled garbage collection carts (garbage tricycles) in Lot (4).
Tender forms and regulations can be obtained at YCDC’s 12-storey office in Botahtaung Township by 1 pm on 10 March. The payment order deadline is 10 March. Tender opening will be held at 11 am on 13 March at the meeting hall of the 12-storey office of the YCDC.
