  • MPT partners with GTS to enhance secure messaging service

Myanma Posts and Telecommunications and Singapore-based Globe Teleservices Pte Ltd (GTS) worked together to strengthen secure messaging systems and customer experiences locally and globally.
Through this collaboration, MPT will upgrade the A2P (Application to Person) messaging system, ensuring communications with reliable service, great transparency and trust in line with rules and regulations.
Globe Teleservices’ CEO Ashutosh Agrawal gave a remark that “we believe enterprise messaging must be built on trust. This partnership will bring about greater transparency and better management by integrating communication plans. By partnering with MPT, we expect to strengthen secure A2P messaging while enabling long-term growth”.
By leveraging MPT’s strong national network reach and Globe Teleservices’ expertise in A2P messaging, the partnership will provide a more seamless experience and secure messaging services.
Singapore-based GTS has a global presence with offices in the US, UAE, Malaysia, Tanzania, Ghana, India and Hong Kong SAR. GTS has been providing innovative technology solutions such as A2P monetization, Omnichannel messaging, anti-fraud and cloud services.
