Iran has sent its official response to a 15-point ceasefire plan proposed by the United States through intermediaries, and is awaiting Washington's response, Iran's semi-official Tasnim news agency reported Thursday, citing a source.  

The report said that Iran’s response was formally issued on Wednesday evening through the mediating countries. US President Trump on Thursday again threatened Iran regarding ceasefire negotiations, saying that Iran had “better get serious soon, before it is too late,” after Tehran rejected an initial US ceasefire proposal via intermediaries.
