Heads of Israeli military signal readiness for new fighting with Iran on Tuesday.

During the handover ceremony of the new Israeli Air Force Chief, the incoming commander, Maj. Gen. Omer Tischler said the entire Air Force could be taken eastward if it were required to do so. IDF Chief Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir said at the ceremony that the Israeli military maintains high readiness in all sectors, including monitoring developments in the Persian Gulf, and is prepared to respond with force against any attempt to harm Israel.
