Union Minister of Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw on Friday visited Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University (NNSTU) in Russia, where he met university rector, professors, and officials to discuss potential collaborations between NNSTU and Myanmar universities.

He toured classrooms and laboratories, and later met with Myanmar students studying in Nizhny Novgorod, encouraging them and sharing lunch with them. In the afternoon, the Union Minister also visited ANO Gorky Tech, a non-profit organization supporting local IT companies and digital development, to learn about its activities and regional technology initiatives.
