The Ministry of Sports held a coordination meeting in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday, to review the implementation of the “Football For School” pilot project under the 100-Day Plan.

Union Minister U Ye Myint Tun discussed the progress of activities in five regions and stressed teamwork, effective execution, and alignment with national sports development goals. Officials reported on domestic and international competitions, coaching programs, and training for young athletes.

The Union Minister also guided staff on improving efficiency, supporting new initiatives, and ensuring the ministry operates as a smart, modern organization. The meeting concluded with commitments to resolve challenges and advance Myanmar’s sports sector collectively.
