     In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, 29 May 2026 at 8:50 AM, a report stated that a man with shrapnel injuries had been admitted to Dawei Town Public Hospital in Dawei Township of Tanintharyi Region. When security personnel arrived at the Hospital to conduct further investigation, the victim was identified as U Myo Zaw (aka) Zaw (55 years old) a resident of Kwyal Zat Village in Thayetchaung Township. According to the investigation, at 6:30 AM on the same day, the victim stepped on an improvised explosive device planted by so-called PDF terrorists while on his way to his orchard in the village, resulting in his injuries, it is reported.

     Similarly, at 4:45 PM on the same day, a report stated that a man with shrapnel injuries had been admitted to Madaya Township Public Hospital in Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived at the Hospital to conduct further investigation, the victim was identified as U Min (74 years old) a resident of Htein Pin Zauk Village in Madaya Township. According to the investigation, at 4:00 PM on the same day, while the victim was farming in his plantation field about one and a half miles north of the village, he stepped on an improvised explosive device planted by so-called PDF terrorists, resulting in his injuries, it is reported.

     Similarly, at 6:45 PM on the same day, U Nay Aung (39 years old) and U Maung Thaung (55 years old) both residents of Nar Sho Village in Naungcho Township of Northern Shan State, were working in U Nay Aung’s sugar cane plantation near the village, U Nay Aung stepped on an improvised explosive device planted by the TNLA terrorist group. As a result, both men died on the spot, it is reported.

     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incidents to take effective action in accordance with the law.
