MAI Launches Daily Direct Flights to Guangzhou Starting 30 June
Myanmar Airways International (MAI) has announced that it will begin operating daily direct flights to Guangzhou, one of China’s leading commercial and leisure destinations, starting from 30 June.
At present, MAI operates four direct flights per week on the Yangon-Guangzhou route. The airline stated that the additional services are being introduced to provide greater convenience for travellers.
Guangzhou, a major economic hub in southern China and a historic port city, is renowned for its blend of modern innovation, rich cultural heritage and natural attractions. The city is also well known for hosting the Canton Fair and for offering a wide range of sightseeing and leisure opportunities, making it a popular destination for both business travellers and tourists.
Visitors to Guangzhou can also enjoy a variety of attractions at the world-famous Chimelong Resort, where thrilling amusement rides, close encounters with wildlife and entertaining live performances can all be experienced in one location. — ASH/KZL
