Myanmar Women League 2025-26 champions Ayeyawady FC will celebrate their title with a trophy presentation in Pathein, Ayeyawady Region, according to Ayeyawady FC.
As part of the celebrations, Ayeyawady FC on 2 February, was planed to meet and celebrate with their fans in Ayeyawady Region.
Myanmar national team players San Thaw Thaw, Naw Htet Htet Wai, Zun Yu Ya Oo, Phyu Phyu Win and Ei Sandar Zaw, along with foreign players, young players, and footballers from Ayeyawady Region, took part in the demonstration match.
The final match of the Myanmar Women League 2025-26 football tournament was played between Ayeyawady FC and ISPE at Thuwunna Football Stadium in Yangon on 31 January. The match ended in a goalless draw, with Ayeyawady FC finishing the season unbeaten and securing the championship with 40 points. Ayeyawady FC received the championship trophy, gold medals, and a cash prize of K50 million. — ASH/MKKS

The original classroom building had been damaged by the Mandalay earthquake, and it was reconstructed and donated under Rotary’s Post-Disaster Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Project.First, the Region Chief Minister U Myo Aung and officials formally opened the new classroom building by cutting the ribbon, sprinkled scented water on the commemorative plaque, and then toured the facility.During the ceremony, the Region Chief Minister delivered an opening speech, expressing gratitude for the support and donations provided by Rotary’s Post-Disaster Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Project in the rebuilding efforts and socio-economic recovery following the Mandalay earthquake. He also thanked the Mandalay Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MRCCI) for its cooperation and collaboration.Next, officials from Rotary’s Post-Disaster Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Project and the Rotary Club of Central Yangon explained the objectives behind rebuilding and donating the new one-story reinforced concrete classroom building, measuring 90 feet by 30 feet, on the site where the previous structure had collapsed due to the earthquake. They also spoke about additional support provided for the school and expressed words of appreciation before officially handing over the building documents to the District Education Officer.Afterward, the Region Chief Minister and officials distributed gift packs donated by Rotary’s Post-Disaster Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Project to students. The opening ceremony for the Induction Skills Training Course No. (1/2026) for Deputy Auditors and Assistant Auditors, conducted at the Advanced Accounting and Auditing Training School in Nay Pyi Taw under the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, was held Monday morning at the Nawarat Hall of the Office of the Auditor General of the Union using a hybrid system.The Auditor General of the Union, Daw Naing Thet Oo, delivered the opening remarks. This training program is one of the priority implementation activities to be carried out within the first 100 days for the benefit of the public.It aims to systematically develop human resources within the Office of the Auditor General of the Union and create a high-quality and efficient workplace through proper training and capacity building.The training will include topics essential for Deputy Auditors and Assistant Auditors, who form the basic workforce of the Office of the Auditor General of the Union. These include civil service personnel’ rights and responsibilities, codes of conduct and disciplinary rules to be followed, financial regulations and office procedures, duties and responsibilities prescribed under the Auditor General of the Union Law, and the functions currently being carried out by the various departments under the Office of the Auditor General of the Union.
