31 March 2026 In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses. Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 27 March 2026 at 2:50 PM, a report state that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Loikaw District Public Hospital in Kayah State. When security personnel arrived at the hospital to conduct further investigation, the victim was identified as U Maung Htway (54 years old), a resident of Hmon Pyar Village in Loikaw Township. According to the investigation, at 12:00 PM, while the victim was cutting firewood in a forest about two miles north of the village, he stepped on an improvised explosive device planted by so-called PDF terrorists, resulting in his injuries, it is reported. Similarly, at 11:25 AM, on the same day, a report state that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Pwintphyu Township Public Hospital in Magway Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital to conduct further investigation, the victim was identified as U Aung Win (53 years old), a resident of Ka Ni Village in Pwintphyu Township. According to the investigation, at 6:00 AM, while the victim was cutting firewood in a forest about six miles north of the village, he stepped on an improvised explosive device planted by so-called PDF terrorists, resulting in his injuries, it is reported Similarly, on 29 March 2026 at 12:30 PM, a report stated that a monk and a man with shrapnel injuries from a mine explosion had arrived at the Myingyan District Public Hospital in Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital to investigate the incident, it was found that at 10:00 AM, Sayadaw U Silananda (35 years old), (15 vassa), from the “Sasana Pala” Monastery in Ward No. (13), Myingyan Township, along with U Myo Min Bo (41 years old), also from Ward No. (13), were travelling by car from Myingyan City to Mandalay. When they reached between Sakkaing Village and Nyaung Wun Village, a mine planted by so-called PDF terrorists on the roadside exploded, injuring both of them. Similarly, at 11:15 AM, a report state that a woman with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Naungcho Township Public Hospital in Shan State. When security personnel arrived at the hospital to conduct further investigation, the victim was identified as Daw Yin Pyone (40 years old), a resident of Naung Lin Village in Naungcho Township. According to the investigation, while the victim was walking in her yard, she stepped on an improvised explosive device planted by the TNLA terrorist group, resulting in her injuries, it is reported. Similarly, at 6:15 PM, on the same day, Daw Thida Hmway (39 years old), a resident of Mat Hlwut Village in Naungcho Township, was walking on a road west of her house, she stepped on an improvised explosive device planted by the TNLA terrorist group. As a result, Daw Thida Hmway died on the spot, it is reported. Similarly, at 6:55 PM, a report stated that a deceased man and an injured woman with shrapnel injuries from a mine explosion had arrived at the Nawnghkio Township Public Hospital in Shan State.
