The Chairman of the Union Civil Service Board, U Tin Maung Win, along with responsible officials, visited the Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar) on May 12th, and May 13th.

The UCSB Chairman met separately with trainees of Basic Education Teachers' Special Refresher Course No. 83 at the Yadanar Hall and Senior Officer Course No. 22 at the Nawarat Hall. During these meetings, the UCSB Chairman delivered a speech, stating that in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the government, training is being provided to cultivate good civil servants, foster good discipline and uniformity, elevate mindsets and morale, and produce exemplary organizational leaders and good teachers who possess patriotism, loyalty to the country, and the ability to provide the best service to the people.

He emphasized that, under the government's 100-day fast-track work plan, participants need to have a thorough understanding of their respective roles in implementing the projects to be carried out by ministries and organizations and to work diligently to the best of their abilities.

He also urged the teachers to teach students appropriately according to their levels as the saying goes, "teaching both the books and the heart" and to engage in continuous learning for their own self-improvement. Afterwards, the UCSB Chairman had lunch with the trainees of Basic Education Teachers' Special Refresher Course No. 83 at the Ingyin Hall. On May 13th, he met with responsible officials of the Academy in the main office meeting hall and discussed and provided guidance on the Academy's administration, training, and agricultural and livestock matters, it’s reported.
