UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan hold talks with his counterpart Democratic Republic of Congo Félix Tshisekedi in Abu Dhabi as he began a working visit to the country.

During the meeting, both leaders addressed the serious implications of Iranian conflicts on regional and international security and stability.

Tshisekedi said that his country stands in solidarity with the UAE with regards to the measures it takes to defend itself and safeguard its security. They also discussed opportunities to advance ties in a manner that supports their mutual interests under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement.
