A Basic Aviation Youth Training Course No.10 is being conducted at Myeik Air Base. The training course has been conducted since April 27, for the student youths to have knowledge on basic aviation operation, efficiently spending their summer holidays.

On May 8, Chief Minister of Tanintharyi Region U Zaw Naing Oo visited the trainees to oversee the training process. The Chief Minister urged the student youths to try their best for achieving their goals and to become reliable citizens for the nation. A total of 51 trainees are attending the training course which will last until May 29.
