Social Security Board under the Ministry of Labour is providing social security services to the insured workers in healthcare and technology supports.

On Thursday, field medical treatment was provided for the officials and staff of Myanma Railways Headquarters and Locomotive Shed in Nay Pyi Taw by two Mobile Medical Units-MMUs. Union Minister for Digital Development and Communication U Mya Tun Oo and Union Minister Labour U Khin Maung Soe encouraged the activities.

With the comprised of professors, eyes specialists, gynecologist, orthopedist, physiotherapist and general physicians, the team provided medical check-ups and referrals for patients with various illness. Health awareness talks were also provided during the visit.

To widely inform parents and the public about the school enrolment week, the posters bearing the motto “Let’s Enrol All School-Age Children for Sustainable Development of the Country”, were erected yesterday morning at schools in Myeik.The posters bearing the motto “Let’s Enrol All School-Age Children for Sustainable Development of the Country”. measuring six feet by three feet each, were erected at BEHS 1, BEMS 5 and BEHS 5 by township management and administration committee chairman U Pyi Hein Kyaw, district education officer U Than Htike, departmental officials, headteachers, and teachers.The school enrolment week is from 25 to 31 May, and officials will continue installing awareness posters and notices to widely inform parents and the public, including instructions for principals and teachers, appeals to parents and guardians, enrolment campaign notices, and information related to school enrolment activities.
